Each of the teams that make up the Hawk Editorial are vital to helping it run smoothly. ​ • Staff writers provide standard content that goes into the HE (e.g. interviews, reviews, news reports). They write one or two articles per month. • The graphic design team works on the layout of each article, which then goes on the website. • The photography team takes photos of events for the use of articles, the website, and Instagram. • The engagement team runs the Instagram, producing content and improving engagement, and are overall in charge of of spreading awareness and interest in the Hawk Editorial • Section editors are in charge of providing feedback on and editing the articles in their column. Staff writers can apply for this position and will be chosen based on their performance and experience. • The team director position is available for the graphic design team and the photography team. They are in charge of their respective team and ensure everything is running smoothly. You can apply to this position after becoming an official member, and will be chosen based on performance and experience.
